  13. WORLDSAWAY TERMS OF SERVICE

  15. WorldsAway (TM) is an interactive on-line service of the Fujitsu Cultural 
  16. Technologies division of Fujitsu Open Systems Solutions, Inc. (FOSSI). 
  17. The WorldsAway Dreamscape and WorldsAway Community Forum are offered in 
  18. conjunction with the CompuServe Information Service. CompuServe 
  19. Information Service Operating Rules, Service Agreement Terms and 
  20. Copyright Rules and Regulations apply to all visitors and members of the 
  21. WorldsAway products in all regards.

  23. By choosing the proceed button at the bottom of this document you agree 
  24. to the terms set forth in the CompuServe Information Service Operating 
  25. Rules, Service Agreement Terms and Copyright Rules and Regulations as 
  26. they apply to the WorldsAway products.

  37. products, you will be asked to read and agree to follow the WorldsAway 
  38. Guidelines for Community Oriented Behavior. This document is also 
  39. available from the AWAY page under the About WorldsAway icon and in the 
  40. WorldsAway Community Forum Library WorldsAway Official (#4).

  42. Concerns or questions regarding GO RULES and the documents therein should 
  43. be addressed to CompuServe Customer Support. GO FEEDBACK to post an 
  44. on-line message. Responses will be sent to your CompuServe mail box.

  46. For questions about the WorldsAway Guidelines as they relate to the 
  47. WorldsAway Dreamscape, contact a Fujitsu Cultural Technologies 
  48. representative by using the "Page Acolyte" option from the Help pull down 
  49. menu while in the Dreamscape and an Acolyte or Oracle can assist you. For 
  50. questions about the CIS rules and terms, the WorldsAway Terms of Service, 
  51. or for technical assistance contact a Fujitsu Cultural Technologies 
  52. representative by using the "Who's Here" option to locate a forum SysOp 
  53. (System Operator) or Asst.SysOp who will assist you. For questions about 
  54. the WorldsAway Guidelines and any other concerns as they relate to the 
  55. WorldsAway Community Forum, contact a forum SysOp or Asst.SysOp.

  57. If a representative is not immediately available in the Dreamscape or the 
  58. Community Forum please post a message in the Community Forum addressed to 
  59. SysOp (no user ID number is necessary) in the Help Desk message section 
  60. (#1). All forum messages addressed to SysOp are read and responded to 
  61. within 24 hours. To make this a private message, address the message to 
  62. *SysOp (asterisk sysop).

  64. The WorldsAway Dreamscape Acolytes and Oracles and the WorldsAway 
  65. Community Forum SysOps and Asst.SysOps are the only official 
  66. representatives of Fujitsu Cultural Technologies. Oracles and SysOps are 
  67. employees of Fujitsu Cultural Technologies. Acolytes and Asst.SysOps are 
  68. volunteer remote staff. To ensure that the person with whom you speak is 
  69. not an impostor we have provided for the Community Forum a SysOp Roster 
  70. available from the Special -> Notices menu. Within the Dreamscape you can 
  71. click on the Acolyte or Oracles avatar to access the Tell Me About 
  72. option. A real Acolytes or Oracles Tell Me About will include the 
  73. description This avatar is an Acolyte/Oracle.
